Take Action

As Bialik families, you can take action in the community to spread the word and give our children a better childhood.

Bialik is providing support for parents to sign the Unplugged Bialik Pledge, enabling our students to be free from smartphones at school and beyond. We will all know we are being successful in our quest when we reach a critical mass of parents who sign the pledge. This website enables parents to take action right away and be supported in the future.

By signing the Unplugged Bialik Pledge, you agree not to give your child/ren a smartphone or their own social media access until at least the end of Grade 8.

You Can Take Action

When we think about the health and wellness of our children, we know that we must take immediate action to deal with the problems caused by smartphone use. This is why Bialik parents, in partnership with the school, are urging all families to take action.
